All of our conferences will now be the new two day format.

Our October, 2008 Conference was the kick-off to an exciting new conference format. Since the change, conference attendees have given us high marks on the material presented.

If your goal is to be one of the very best and you have what it takes to be the very best, now is the time to see all that LASERTRON has to offer.

The focus of our conference has evolved into more advanced management and operational programs as well as specialized sections for managers, technicians, marketing and sales people. Our goal is to insure that our existing clients and developers have full access to our most advanced management and operational expertise at all of our quarterly conferences. In order to accomplish this goal, the second day of our conference will only be available to clients and developers.

Why are we doing this?

We originally posted a notice for this section in which we stated that once we reached 120 installed laser tag locations, our goal was to work exclusively with our existing clients to develop the management and operational systems required to open and operate multiple entertainment centers as well as upgrade their existing laser tag systems approximately every 8 years. We figured we would need an installed base of approximately 120 locations to support and maintain the manufacturing part of our business. Fortunately for our clients (as well as our own location), the LASERTRON LT-11.5 laser tag system has a much longer life span than we originally estimated. With proper maintenance, the LT-11.5 should operate effectively for 10 plus years.

Based on the reliability and durability of the LASERTRON LT-11.5 game system, we decided we needed a better solution that would still allow us to spend more time helping our existing clients grow their businesses while simultaneously giving prospective developers the opportunity to get a good glimpse of the value we offer.

We have always worked hard to provide our clients with the very best knowledge of how to open a laser tag attraction. More importantly, we are the only attraction manufacturing company that provides extensive management and operational training after you open. Our conference has advanced to the point where 60 to 80% of our conference attendees are existing LASERTRON operators looking for additional training on management, operations, hiring and training, marketing, promotions, tech training and more. The conference has also become a retreat where LASERTRON owners can get away from the day to day challenges and focus on solving their problems as well as growing their businesses.

Expertise is only acquired through years of hands-on experience. We have been developing, managing and operating our own entertainment center in Buffalo, New York for over 20 years. We sell more minutes of laser tag than any other laser tag operator. We are very good at what we do because we are an operator at heart.

We consistently focus our time on developing our two core strengths.

Our first core strength is our LASERTRON - Laser Tag manufacturing and arena construction company. Our focus is on creating, manufacturing and constructing the highest quality laser tag experiences in the world. Our manufacturing team is totally focused on providing the best laser tag equipment, arenas, products and services to help our clients dominate their market areas.

Our second key strength is our LASERTRON - Interactive Entertainment Center. Our entertainment center has been the proving grounds for our Management and Operational Systems. We have been developing and refining these systems in our LASERTRON center for over 20 years. Most importantly, our management and operating experience has been invaluable to our existing clients and developers. We continue to develop and evolve our management and operational systems and share our knowledge with our laser tag operators and developers at our quarterly conference.

Over the years we have expanded our laser tag center and turned it into a four acre multi-attraction entertainment center. We added a large outdoor electric go-kart track in 2005.

We added a third attraction called Cyber Sport in 2006. And after another expansion in 2008, we added a second Cyber Sport court.

Cyber Sport is an interactive team game for up to 10 players that combines elements of hockey, lacrosse and basketball. Players ride in custom made Cyber Cars and attempt to score points on the opposing team's goal with the Cyber Ball using special scoops.

All of our attractions and guest experiences are designed to attract adults and adult groups. Developing attractions for the adult market is much more profitable, especially when an entertainment center tries to target a wide age range of guests. Several of our second day conference sections focus on how to design your attractions and overall center to attract adult guests.

We are currently working on plans to develop more of our own entertainment centers. Our new centers will be much larger and will focus on indoor attractions and exeriences for adults (both male and female) and their friends and families.

As we continue to grow the operational side of our business, we openly share our learning experiences with all of our clients and developers.

What does this mean for you?

Qualified potential operators are invited to join us for the first day of our conference program. You will be able to meet with our existing operators throughout the day and learn how they became long-term successes in the laser tag business. You will also be able to experience all three of our attractions and friendly hospitality late into the first night.

At any time you can decide to join us for the second day by becoming a LASERTRON Developer or you can spend the second day sight seeing and deciding how you would like to proceed after you return home. Many of our existing clients as well as developers return to our conferences multiple times every year.

As our conference program continues to evolve and grow in value for our clients and developers, it has become even more important to keep the most advanced sections of our conference program proprietary and confidential.
