employees and progressively disciplined and terminated for cause.
- Prepared weekly
schedule, payroll, playing arena maintenance, organization of birthday
party service, and maintained excellent customer service while under
time volume constraints.
- Implemented and
refined rotation system for referees to move them to different positions
throughout their shift.
- Created manager
evaluation for employees to rate management.

VP of Operations and Development LASERTRON, Inc.
- Opened and continue
to manage LASERTRON's first two company operated sites located in
Memphis, TN and Dania Beach, Fl.
- Managed six company-operated
locations throughout the East Coast.
- Created and implemented
installation and training checklists for various LASERTRON attractions.
- Interview perspective
technicians and salespersons.
- Facilitate overseas
shipping and travel of installations.
- Organize and
track improvements to our Laser Tag system.
- Contact each
location on a quarterly basis to conduct a short customer service
survey.
- Created a manufacturing
10 at 10 meeting to focus the day's efforts and review past production
and service concerns.
- Coordinated 1st
Annual LASERTRON Operators' Seminar in July of 2002.
January 2003 - Present,
General Manager of LASERTRON's Interactive Entertainment Center in Buffalo,
NY.
- Reassumed my
duties of 11 years ago with the promise of making LASERTRON the best
and most profitable FEC in the world!
