This program, which utilizes laser tag to highlight the "Seven C's of Team-Building", is exclusive to LASERTRON, Inc. Jeff Janssen has worked with the top business leaders and sports coaches in the world. Here is a brief curriculum of the LASERTRON Team-Building program: Why work on Team-Building? Team-Building is a skill that can be taught, practiced and improved. What makes a Championship Team? What do the participants think are the elements of a Championship Team and what do the experts think. The Seven ‘C’s’ of Team-Building. Discuss the Seven ‘C’s’ and methods for implementing and improving their lessons. The Seven ‘C’s’ are: Common Goal, Commitment, Complementary Roles, Clear Communication, Constructive Conflict, Cohesion and Credible Coaching. LASERTRON and the Seven ‘C’s.’ How we apply the rules of team-building in our own team and how the participants can apply the rules to their LASERTRON play and ultimately to their group, team or club. Experience the Seven 'C's.' Play LASERTRON laser tag in increasingly more difficult games highlighting one of the Seven ‘C’s’ in each game. Our software allows us to change the game parameters forcing players to adapt and work together as a team to win. The session is divided between a thirty to forty-five minute interactive discussion of team-building with group exercises to introduce the concepts of team-building and approximately one to one and a half hours of laser tag in the arena complete with additional lecture time in the arena and an opportunity for participants to strategize and apply team-building lessons. We also will have a brief break for light refreshments and time allotted for completing LASERTRON’s sign-in procedure. The entire package should be approximately 3 hours of time. We believe LASERTRON offers a unique opportunity for learning. By placing students in an environment that epitomizes fun, students are eager to learn and experience. The program is effective and has been used by college sports' teams and athletic departments, school age children as young as middle school and businesses seeking to improve the functions of their teams. The training includes simple tips to improve your team and discussion of the two critical personal reasons why team-building is useful for individual participants. The team-building activity takes place in our multi-level 9200 square feet laser tag arena. During the laser tag sessions, participants attempt to strategize and put learning into action to conquer the opposing team. Laser tag is an ideal team-building experience because all participants (up to 48) get to experience the activity simultaneously. Plus, all participants are on largely equal footing in the laser tag arena. Team-building is ideally designed for groups of 20-35. Larger groups can be accommodated with multiple laser tag sessions.
