As of today, there are only three (3) two day conferences remaining. When these conferences are completed, only LASERTRON operators and developers will be able to attend the second day of the LASERTRON conference. The third day of our conference is already exclusive to clients and developers and focuses on the details of developing your business plan. The focus of our conference has evolved into more advanced management and operational programs as well as specialized sections for managers, technicians, marketing and sales people. Our goal is to insure that our existing clients and developers have full access to our most advanced management and operational expertise at all of our quarterly conferences. In order to accomplish this goal, the second day of our conference will only be available to clients and developers starting with our October 2008 conference.

Why are we doing this?

We originally posted a notice for this section in which we stated that once we reached 120 installed laser tag locations, our goal was to work exclusively with our existing clients to develop the management and operational systems required to open and operate multiple laser tag locations as well as upgrade their existing laser tag systems approximately every 8 years. We figured we would need an installed base of approximately 120 locations to support and maintain the manufacturing part of our business. Fortunately for our clients (as well as our own location), the LASERTRON LT-11 laser tag system has a much longer life span than we originally estimated. With proper maintenance, the LT-11 should operate effectively for 10 plus years.

Based on the reliability and durability of the LASERTRON LT-11 game system, we decided we needed a better solution that would still allow us to spend more time helping our existing clients grow their businesses while simultaneously giving prospective developers the opportunity to get a good glimpse of the value we offer.

We have always worked hard to provide our clients with the very best knowledge of how to open a laser tag attraction. More importantly, we are the only laser tag company that provides extensive management and operational training after you open. Our conference has advanced to the point where approximately 50% of all our conference attendees are existing LASERTRON operators looking for further training on management, operations, hiring and training, marketing, promotions, tech training and more. The conference has also become a retreat where LASERTRON owners can get away from the day to day challenges and focus on solving their problems as well as growing their businesses.

Expertise is only acquired through years of hands-on experience. We have been developing, managing and operating our own laser tag center in Buffalo, New York for over 18 years. No other laser tag facility sells more minutes of laser tag. We are the best at what we do because we focus more of our time on our core strengths than any other laser tag company. We have been developing and refining these systems in our LASERTRON center for over 18 years. Most importantly, our management and operating experience has been invaluable to our existing clients and developers. We will continue to develop and evolve our management and operational systems and share our most advanced knowledge with our laser tag operators and developers at our quarterly conference. We have also expanded our laser tag center into a four acre multi-attraction entertainment center. There are plans for two more expansions as well as our second location. We openly share our continuous learning experiences with all of our clients and developers.

What does this mean for you?

You still have the opportunity to attend our full two-day conference through July 2008.

After that date, qualified potential operators are invited to join us for the first day of our conference program. Most importantly you will be able to meet with many of our existing operators who have learned how to become long-term successes in the laser tag business. You will also be able to experience all three of our attractions and friendly hospitality late into the first night. At any time you can decide to join us for the second day by becoming a LASERTRON Developer or you can spend the second day sight seeing and deciding how you would like to proceed after you return home. Many of our existing clients as well as developers return to our conferences multiple times every year. We really do provide you with tremendous value.
