Registration, Data Entry and Guest Information Kiosk Our registration, data entry and guest information kiosk streamlines the entire registration process for professional high-end laser tag and multi-player attraction operators. This data entry kiosk is integrated into the LASERTRON Center Manager Pro 4.0 management system.
When players enter your facility the first step is to get everyone registered under the correct reservation which designates the correct attractions and playing times. "The money saved on data entry alone make this system worthwhile." Once the correct reservation is found, each guest is provided with a bar coded ID card and directed to register at the first available kiosk by swiping their ID card at the kiosk terminal. The terminal will immediately activate and welcome the guest. Each guest will proceed to register by providing his or her name, address, phone number, email, DOB, codename, etc. When each guest completes his or her registration the system will thank the guest and display his or her start times.
Having your guests enter their own data is very cost effective. The data entry kiosks virtually eliminate the need for your staff to spend hours upon hours entering your guests' names and addresses into your database to build your mailing list.
