Time Clock and Employee Scheduling

Every facility has employees and needs a time clock system to manage employee hours easily and efficiently. Center Manager Pro 4.0 includes a built-in employee time clock and scheduling functions.

From any POS/Management Terminal, your employees can securely clock in and out for shifts and breaks. Managers can be given authorization to amend time-clock punches for missed punches or work away from the facility. At the end of each pay period, reports can be generated that list each punch and calculate the hours worked for the period by employee.

The system includes a scheduling component that allows your management to create a weekly schedule. The schedule can be reviewed by any employee from any POS terminal. The schedule can be used with the time clock to verify employees are clocking in close to their shift and help prevent some time clock fraud.
