Delivering gift cards to guests is another feature in the Center Manager Pro 4.0 system. Gift cards can be any card with a barcode on it, including paper membership cards or hard plastic cards you pre-print or print on demand. Printing hard plastic cards requires the installation of a compatible card printer. Gift cards are tied into a unique account that may be tied to a particular member record. This will allow you to reissue cards to a member who loses their gift card without any risk. The old card account can be zeroed out and the balance placed on account. This will give you customers peace of mind with their gift cards. You can apply a cash amount to the gift card or any system PLU. This will allow you to pre-sell attractions at a discounted rate, for instance. You can also apply both a PLU and a cash amount to any card. This would allow promotions that include a free attraction with the purchase of a "$xx" value card.
A rewards program can be used to reward your employees, vendors or customers. Instead of placing a value on the card, the rewards card places a limit on how much can be "spent" with the card. Detailed reports give you information on what was spent. This allows you to control employee benefits, such as free attraction play or free food.
