I am the "Chief of Imagination and Performance" (a.k.a. Founder / CEO and President of LASERTRON). I have over 19 years of experience in the laser tag and family entertainment center industry.

I have been very involved with trade associations such as the International Association for the Leisure and Entertainment Industry (IALEI). The mission of IALEI is to assist owners and managers of entertainment centers to be more successful and profitable by providing bottom-line-impacting services and information. I was on the board of directors of IALEI for several years as well as the Executive Committee. I was elected to 2nd Vice President and then 1st Vice President during my involvement on the Board. I am a founding member of the Laser Tag Manufacturers and Suppliers Association (LTMSA) and I am also involved with assisting in the continued development of the International Laser Tag Operators' Association (ILTOA). Both of these associations are managed by the IALEI organization.

LASERTRON was incorporated in September 1986.

I supervised the design and development of the LASERTRON LT-1 laser tag game system. The first game system was developed over a two-year period. Our company has since developed several generations of LASERTRON equipment. The LASERTRON LT-11 is our current laser tag game system. The LASERTRON LT-11 has the best warranty in the industry and is by far the most reliable, durable and advanced laser tag system available in the world.

In 1987, we secured the land for our first LASERTRON center in Amherst, New York (a suburb of Buffalo, NY). I was responsible for supervising the construction of the first LASERTRON center and two additional expansions. I oversaw the grand opening of this facility in December 1988 and was responsible for developing, managing, and marketing the location for several years.

This facility is very successful financially and has been operating for over 17 years. The Amherst LASERTRON operates the oldest continually operating laser tag arena in North America at over 17 years and counting. The LASERTRON entertainment center has held over 16,000 birthday parties in the last 6 years alone.

We decided in 1992 to begin selling our LASERTRON game system to other operators. We began attending trade shows such as IAAPA, Fun Expo, ASI, RSA (Roller Skating), and Bowl Expo (Bowling).

Over the years our company has ventured into several joint ventures and other products within the entertainment industry. We learned many things from these ventures some good and some bad. In 2001 we began to refine our company's focus based on these learning experiences.

We decided that our company is really good at two things. The first is designing, developing, manufacturing, and servicing our clients who invest in our high tech multi-player interactive attractions for the "out of home" entertainment market. The second thing we are really good at is operating our LASERTRON "Interactive Entertainment Center".

All of LASERTRON's resources are now focused on these two areas. Our manufacturing efforts are focused on developing and improving the very best multi-player interactive attractions for "out of home" entertainment operators. It is our goal to provide the very best service to operators who are committed to being the very best.

And finally, our operational efforts are focused on developing, managing, and promoting our LASERTRON "Interactive Entertainment Center" located in Amherst, New York to its full potential. This will continue to expand our knowledge of how best to manage, operate, and promote our attractions. This knowledge is available to all our existing clients and Developer clients.
