The seminar was held in Amherst, NY (a suburb of Buffalo) home to the corporate office of LASERTRON, July 23rd and 24th. Forty-eight clients who represented thirty of LASERTRON's locations attended the seminar. The seminar covered many areas of focus, some of which included marketing, attraction development, management, training, hiring and maintenance. During the two-day seminar, attendees communicated and interacted intensely with each other on these specific areas. One attendee, Roberto Gonzalez and his team from The Fun House at New Roc City in New Rochelle, NY, had this to say, "We are still talking about our experience in Buffalo with you- thank you, thank you! You are the busiest people we know, yet you welcomed us into your laser world as if nothing were more important. We particularly enjoyed your staff and how informative and helpful they were to us. Thank you for all your assistance, resources and encouragement you and your team offered us. The food, the awesome presentation, and your hospitality were all first-rate." One prominent phrase that came out of the event was "Get the Right People on the Bus" indicating to attendees to hire and retain the best staff possible! Each attendee was given a complete 210-page guide to take back to their locations to utilize and implement proven techniques and ideas. Another attendee, Jolynn D. Stewart who is the Director of Training for Main Event Entertainment, added, "The LASERTRON Operator's Meeting was an unbelievable opportunity for us to gather new and exciting ideas for our laser tag operation! Jim and his team hosted a very professional, informative, and thorough presentation of the LASERTRON equipment and facility. We are looking forward to our invitation for next year!" Attendees also visited LASERTRON's Interactive Entertainment Center in Amherst where LASERTRON has recently installed their new multi-level arena! This second arena will allow them to offer more specialized games for corporate team-building activities and to enhance every player's laser tag experience.
