"I have attended several LASERTRON conferences over the past few years and each time I come back home with valuable information - Well worth the time!

"
- Brian Carlson, Owner, Chautauqua Lasers

Mastermind Alliance Meetings are also held several times over the course of the two-day conference. These meetings are specifically designed for operators who have previously attended a conference. Several guest speakers were on hand to provide additional information and education. Peg Murphy from Laser Flash in Carmel, IN gave a very thorough and in-depth presentation on redemption. Peg highlighted best games, best prizes and best practices to ensure for a profitable arcade.

Mick Whipple from M&T Bank shared with the group information about securing financing for their projects and the ins and outs of SBA and bank loans.

On the first evening, LASERTRON elaborately transformed their birthday party area into a fine dining experience. Candles, mood lighting and beautifully decorated tables gave the attendees a sampling of how easily the space could be utilized for corporate dining functions and special events. The food was cooked on site, and wine and beer were served which is now offered at the LASERTRON center.

After dinner everyone was given the opportunity to play in LASERTRON’s new 9,200 sq. ft. multi-level "Sport Arena" which offered players a two-team game format with Energizer and Deactivator Modes running. Then players also experienced LASERTRON’s 3,300 sq. ft. multi-level "Adventure Arena" where the game was Team Free-For-All. Competitiveness was to the extreme!

Attendees were also invited to race on the new LASERTRON Racing Experience Slick Track. High-end electric go-karts which are designed to race at 3 different speeds take guests around a 1,100 linear foot track. LASERTRON has modeled the racing experience to be similar to the laser tag attraction in that you are able to make a reservation to race, guests drive 3 races back to back and at the end they receive a score sheet detailing their race times.

Prizes were given out at the end of the conference including two new LASERTRON LT-11 vests valued at over $5,000! Other winners received cases of fog fluid, LASERTRON T-shirts, hats and score sheets.

On the second evening guests were also invited to attend a social gathering at a local restaurant where drinks and appetizers were offered to everyone. Many of the prospects were able to meet one-on-one with existing operators and glean even more helpful suggestions and ideas for their projects. LASERTRON employees were also able to enjoy the camaraderie of their existing clients and developers.

"Once again LASERTRON has presented a great conference. I more than paid for my travel and time with just one idea that I learned."
-Brad Robinson, President, Frozen Pond Investments, LLC.

On day three a section for Operators and Developers was attended by several LASERTRON developers. The Business Plan and Financial Statement Review was a thorough overview of the importance of a well planned and comprehensive business plan. A detailed review of a financial spreadsheet also showed developers the realistic numbers that a laser tag entertainment center can expect to see.
