LASERTRON INVESTS $1.25 MILLION INTO THEIR AMHERST, N.Y. ENTERTAINMENT CENTER AND MANUFACTURING BUSINESS

Amherst, NY November 11, 2004 - LASERTRON is investing $1.25 million dollars into their Interactive Entertainment CenterSM and Manufacturing business in Amherst, NY. The total invested dollars are in three main areas.

The first investment was made in LASERTRON's original laser tag arena which is also the longest running laser tag attraction in the United States. LASERTRON completely redesigned their 6,800 square foot single-level laser tag arena and turned it into a giant 9,200 square foot multi-level arena. Steel columns, beams, framings and railings were added along with multi-level ramps and platforms to produce a 9,200 square foot multi-level attraction - now the largest laser tag arena in the Northeast! Due to the durability and longevity of their arena components, LASERTRON was able to re-utilize all of their existing obstacles. The walls of the arena were completely re-themed with huge galactic space murals. LASERTRON has also introduced their state of the art LASERTRON LT-11 laser tag system. The Grand Re-Opening of the expanded laser tag attraction was held on November 8, 9 and 10th.

The second investment is happening outdoors. Plans have been approved for a large 1,100 linear foot outdoor electric go-kart track. This new outside attraction will provide LASERTRON's guests with the largest outdoor go-kart track in western New York. Preparations to prepare the property will begin in late Fall and will continue into early Spring, with a scheduled Grand Opening in June 2005.

Finally, LASERTRON has also purchased a 5,000 square foot office building located adjacent to the LASERTRON entertainment center. The office building will house LASERTRON's corporate offices and service center. The new address will be 251 Meyer Rd. Amherst, NY 14226. Their phone number, PO Box, email and website address will remain the same.

Jim Kessler, who is the President and Founder of LASERTRON commented on these major improvements. "One of the most important keys to our long-term success has been our commitment to constantly reinvest in the core strengths of our business. Going forward, our goal is to dramatically increase our investments in our laser tag manufacturing business as well as our LASERTRON Interactive Entertainment CenterSM. Plans are already underway to expand our entertainment center by an additional 14,000 square feet over the next two years."
