On December 28,
2003 the LASERTRON "Interactive Entertainment Center" located
in Buffalo, New York celebrated its 15 year anniversary.
LASERTRON's "Interactive
Entertainment Center" operates the longest running laser tag
facility in North America. "With the completion of our 15th year
we also achieved our best sales and profit to date. We even had our
best sales week during our anniversary week, we hit $48,000 in sales
for a single week", stated Jim Kessler Owner and Founder of LASERTRON.
LASERTRON has
continually raised the bar to achieve these results. Overcoming challenges
and staying true to their philosophy of "constant and never ending
improvement".
LASERTRON's state-of-the-art
entertainment center is 17,500 square feet and includes a futuristic,
high-tech 6,800 square foot playing arena as well as a second arena
that is multi-level and measures 3,300 square feet. The second arena
was added in July of 2002. The center also has a snack bar, party
area, and small arcade.
LASERTRON is planning more expansions in the near future. Part of
the expansion includes a large outdoor go-kart track, which will be
added in the summer of 2004. Ground breaking for a large building
addition is planned for the fall of 2005. The building addition will
provide more space for corporate events, additional party space and
a restaurant.
LASERTRON has always focused on exceeding their guest's expectations.
Attention to detail, professionally maintained equipment, great guest
experiences and a fun atmosphere all contribute to the success of
the center. Paul Henderson who is the General Manager of the center
commented on this milestone. "It is a tribute to our staff and
the overall customer service that they provide for our guests. Our
staff works as a team to consistently provide our guests with the
very best attractions and guest experiences. It's hard to capture
the fun and excitement of our facility over the phone, but when our
guests actually experience our attractions and guest service they
really know how much we care. "
With the knowledge gained from over 15 years of real world laser tag
experience, LASERTRON's laser tag manufacturing company offers their
existing laser tag clients and prospective laser tag developers the
opportunity to attend one of their quarterly laser tag conferences.
The information shared with attendees covers management & operational
systems for successfully operating a laser tag attraction for the
long-term as well as many other topics presented by guest speakers.
Perhaps the best-kept secret is the attendees' ability to network
with owners and operators of other centers from around the world.
LASERTRON is working every day to provide their current and future
laser tag operators with the most profitable operational practices
for laser tag.
LASERTRON's Spring conference will be held April 27-28. Other than
your travel and accommodations, the two-day conference is provided
as a free service. If you are interested in attending please contact
Steve Kessler at (800) 897-8766 Ext.107 or contact your LASERTRON
sales advisor. For more information you may also visit their website
