Strong Sales Through Past Four Years Give LASERTRON Over 100 Installed Laser Tag Locations

More indoor packs in play than any other manufacturer in North America.

LASERTRON has always focused on working with the best clients to build the highest quality and most profitable laser tag facilities in North America and the world. By the end of 2007, we will have completed 57 laser tag installations in 4 years. 45 are new installations and 12 are upgrades by our existing clients to our new LASERTRON LT- 11 or LT 11.5 laser tag system.

The chart below shows all LASERTRON installations over the last four years. Red indicates new installations. These are entirely new laser tag attractions or locations using a competitive laser tag product that switched to LASERTRON.

Upgrades Are Also Important

The blue portion of the bar indicates upgraded laser tag systems by existing LASERTRON operators. There is no higher compliment and testimonial an existing LASERTRON operator can give us than to upgrade to the latest generation of our equipment.

Each LASERTRON generation is a significant improvement from the previous generation of laser tag equipment. We look at all the possible improvements and make significant upgrades to both the hardware and software while maintaining and increasing the reliability and durability of the entire system. Due to significant advances in hardware and software, new generations of LASERTRON game systems have no backward compatibility to previous generations of equipment. This may seem like a negative, but only in the short-term. What we have learned by upgrading our own laser tag center multiple times over the last 18 years is that we actually see significant sales increases when we install a new generation of LASERTRON equipment.

Upgrading to a new LASERTRON game system is still a significant new investment. That is why we provide our existing operators with the best discounts possible when it comes time for them to upgrade. Their new system is an entirely new and advanced laser tag system, not a refurbishment or minor upgrade.

When a client upgrades their LASERTRON laser tag game system, they are saying three things:

  1. They are confident in the value and durability offered by LASERTRON.
  2. They believe the latest generation of LASERTRON laser tag equipment offers the added features, benefits, reliability and durability needed to maintain and increase their revenue.
  3. Their laser tag attraction is successful and justifies the new investment.

When you invest in a LASERTRON laser tag system, you can be confident that there will be significant improvements in every new generation of equipment. You can also be certain that you will be able to enjoy the benefits of upgrading to new generations when you feel the time is right for you. When you do upgrade you will be able to enjoy the same benefits many of our LASERTRON operators have experienced when upgrading to the latest game system. These benefits include improved sales, new and improved game features and options, cool hardware and software enhancements, and the industries best most reliable game system. We hope to have you in the LASERTRON laser tag family for years to come.

Number of Vests Tell the Real Story

Sales figures are not the only story for laser tag. Some manufacturers focus on smaller installations with fewer vests and smaller arenas. LASERTRON focuses on building large, high quality indoor laser tag attractions. A typical LASERTRON installation is larger, on average, than installations by other manufacturers. Over the past four years (including installations scheduled for the remainder of 2007), LASERTRON has installed 1908 laser tag vests.

Assume that the average laser tag installation is 20 vests. It’s hard to pinpoint because most manufacturers do not publicly reveal this information, but this is a likely number. To equal 1908 vests, a manufacturer would have to install 95.4 locations or about 23.85 installations a year at 20 vests per laser tag system over the last 4 years. Because LASERTRON focuses on high-end indoor installations including larger multi-level arenas, we install a lot more vests on average. In fact, our average installation over the past four years is 33.47 vests for new installations and upgrades combined.

A Note About Laser Tag Installation Timing and 2007 Installations

Other industry sources measure openings in different ways. The chart is based on the date of a completed installation.

The numbers for 2007 include several installations currently under contract and scheduled to be completed prior to the end of the year.

Verifiable Installations

Some manufacturers won’t release all of their installations and a few industry organizations use unverifiable systems to calculate installations. LASERTRON can’t comment on other manufacturers, but we can list all of the facilities indicated on the table below so you can verify them for yourself.

Of all of our 57 installations and upgrades since 2004, all but one location remains in business. We encourage you to contact these operators to verify their installation and find out more about LASERTRON laser tag.
