Where do I find the industry's best practices?

How will I learn how to run a successful entertainment operation?

To be successful, a laser tag attraction must be correctly designed and developed from the start. It must also be professionally managed and operated. When a laser tag attraction is designed, developed, managed, and operated professionally, it is by far the best indoor attraction for an entertainment center.

The main obstacle to developing a successful laser tag arena is a lack of detailed knowledge and experience. If you don't do it right the first time, you can be sure someone will do it right the second time.

Our FREE FEC Conference Will Show You How To Do It Right the First Time SM

LASERTRON owns and operates the longest running laser tag center in the United States at 24 years and counting at our LASERTRON Interactive Entertainment Center.

Our laser tag experience and operating knowledge has enabled us to develop proven systems. These systems combined with our advanced laser tag equipment and arenas, provides you with the tools needed for long-term success.

The conference is held at four convenient times each year. Since most entertainment centers are busiest during weekends and holidays, the conference dates are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This allows busy operators to attend the conference to learn and share their expertise.

The LASERTRON FEC Conference offers up to two full days of information. We present more information than any other conference in the industry.

The LASERTRON FEC Conferences, each entitled “Laser Tag - Do It Right the First Time”, cover topics such as management, customer service, marketing and training for entertainment facilities.

In addition to the basic conference, each session includes special guest speakers on industry-critical topics. Previously, Frank Price gave a two hour seminar on birthdays. At recent conferences, LASERTRON Operator Peg Murphy discussed redemption games and prizes. Mick Whipple from M&T Bank shared vital information about the status of the banking industry and applying for and receiving bank financing.

At our well-attended previous conferences, LASERTRON Operator and industry legend Marc Mueller shared his summer camp successes. Bill Carlson, of ProfitSense Consultants, gave a presentation on branding your facility.

The attendees also have ample opportunities to be involved in roundtable discussions, meet other operators and exchange new ideas and information. The FEC Conference includes special video presentations, opportunities to play our LASERTRON LT-12 system and much more.

The LASERTRON FEC Conference is the only laser tag conference to offer advanced educational opportunities

Experienced LASERTRON Operators and Developers who have already attended the Operators' Conference, have the option to join advanced sessions sponsored by the LASERTRON Alliance. These advanced sessions include special guest speakers, presentations by current successful LASERTRON operators, and an abundance of dialogue time with the very best operators in the laser tag industry.

Other laser tag conferences spend a limited amount of time on business plan education. This complicated subject deserves more attention and hands-on time. On the second day of the conference, LASERTRON developers and other qualified individuals may attend a special two-part seminar focusing on business plans. During this critical time, you can learn important financial information for creating a successful business plan for yourself, your bank or your investors. You'll also enjoy the hands-on attention in this small group setting.

LASERTRON has also initiated a program to provide advanced training for our operators' staffs. Back in April 2006, we presented a new program geared towards general managers, assistant managers and supervisors at the Conference. LASERTRON Operators will be able to send multiple staff members to attend this special Manager's Seminar at future Conferences. In October of 2006, we hosted a technician seminar for LASERTRON operators. In January 2007, LASERTRON offered an advanced marketing program for existing operators. The marketing program was presented by Jason Bock, author of three books on marketing laser tag and entertainment centers.

At the LASERTRON FEC Conference, about one half of all attendees are existing operators.

The LASERTRON FEC Conference program is so valuable, many of the best LASERTRON operators attend multiple conferences every year. Many of our existing operators return for the advanced educational opportunities. Others are involved in the International LASERTRON Alliance, a trade group of LASERTRON operators that meets at each conference. Still other clients may be considering expansion at their existing facility or opening new facilities. Developers are given many opportunities to interact with the many existing clients in attendance at each conference.

This LASERTRON FEC Conference could be the most important step you take when building or upgrading a laser tag interactive entertainment experience. Continuing to visit the conferences each year can give you the edge in new ideas, methods and information, to make your center one of the best.

You would pay hundreds, possibly even thousands of dollars for the same program at an industry trade show or independent conference. At LASERTRON, the conference is free for qualified attendees. It's our way of showing you we're serious about helping you to develop the very best, most profitable and professional laser tag operations.

At the LASERTRON FEC Conference, you'll learn how to get open and how to stay open.

LASERTRON is focused on two things: finding the very best operators and developers in the entertainment industry and supporting our existing operators. The LASERTRON FEC Conference is the best tool available to share information critical to the success of existing and new operators. At our most recent conferences, existing operators from LASERTRON's 128 installations, comprised about one-half of all attendees.

Seats are limited for developers. In order to attend the LASERTRON FEC Conference, you must be pre-qualified by a LASERTRON sales advisor. Being qualified to attend the conference is an important first step in becoming a professional laser tag operator.

By limiting the number of developers, our team is able to spend more time with both you and our existing clients.

The LASERTRON FEC Conference is not only about the critical information you need to open. It covers important topics about what it takes to stay successful for the long-term.
